We are proposing courses from 2 to 12 weeks.

ADMISSION

  • Applicants must be over 16 (Those who are under 16 cannot apply)
  • Applicants are  required to have a visa that allows you to stay in Japan
  • We do not act as proxy to apply for a student visa for short term courses

VISA

If you are from countries or regions of Visa Exemption, you do not need to obtain visa for entering Japan, and are generally granted permission to stay for 3 months. Please check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website to see if your country applies.

If you are from the countries listed below, you may apply for a working holiday visa (2020).

FROM APPLICATION TO YOUR FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL

1. ENROLLMENT

・Please fill your details in our online enrollment form
*Please apply at least 45 days before your first lesson
*If accommodation is needed, please apply at least 60 days before your arrival
*If you wish a quotation first, please fill our online quotation form


・Feel free to make comments or ask questions in the “Details” field.

・You will receive an email confirming that your application has been sent.

2. INVOICE AND ONLINE LEVEL TEST

・You will receive a confirmation of your application within 7 working days, along with your invoice via email.

・A link to access the online level test will also be sent. Please note the test must be completed 30 days before the first day of the course at the latest in order to define your class and schedule.

3. PAYMENT

・Within 14 days after the invoice is issued 
→ Enrollement fee (¥16,500 including tax) + 20% of tuition, material and facility fees (deposit)

・30 days before the first day of your course 
→ Remaining fees

・Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (link from Paypal)

4. ENROLLMENT CERTIFICATE & ONE TO ONE ONLINE JAPANESE INTERVIEW

・You will receive your enrollment certificate upon payment confirmation.
・In order to check your conversation skills, a one to one online interview (around 10 min) will be set (except for absolute beginner)

5. ACCOMMODATION (if requested)

We will send you all the information concerning your accommodation 14 days before arrival.

6. DEPARTURE!

AFTER ARRIVAL

・Please get to your accommodation according to the instructions you received (if we arranged it for you).

・You will be provided with an emergency phone number upon enrollment, where you will be able to contact us if necessary.

We will wait for you at the arrival gate of the airport and we will bring you to you accommodation (using public transportation)

■FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL

< Group Course>
Courses start on Mondays, orientation and presentation of the school start at 9am for morning sessions, and 1pm for afternoon sessions.
*Courses may start on a Tuesday due to national holidays.

<Private Course>
You will be free to choose your starting day and time.
Please come to the school according to your lesson bookings. 

■THE LESSONS BEGIN

・Group classes are divided in 2 different sessions:
 - Morning session : from 9:00 to 12:50
 - Afternoon session : from 13:00 to 16:50

・Extracurricular activities will be proposed on mornings or afternoons * Additional fees may be required depending on the extracurricular activity
* The school will be closed on national holidays, and instead, special pedagogic and cultural activities will be offered. Details will be announced within the school.

■THE LAST DAY AT SCHOOL

You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of your course. Enjoy the rest of your stay in Japan!
